Refund & Returns Policy – BumSuit Premium Baby Products

Overview

At BumSuit, baby hygiene and product safety are our top priorities. Our return and refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery, only if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
No refund or return will be accepted for any other reason.

Eligibility for Return & Refund

A return or refund request will be accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or wrong

• The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

• Order ID / invoice is provided

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Opened or used baby diapers / baby pants

• Any sanitary or hygiene products

• Returns due to size issues, personal preference, or change of mind

• Products returned after 7 days

• Discounted or sale items

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• The product will be inspected by our team

• If damage or defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed

• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within a few working days

Exchange Policy

We provide replacement only in cases of:

• Damaged products

• Manufacturing defects

• Incorrect items delivered

Shipping & Verification

• Customers must share clear photos or videos of the damaged product while raising the request

• Return or replacement instructions will be shared after verification

• Requests without damage proof will not be accepted

Important Notes

• No return or refund for non-damaged products

• Minor damage to outer packaging during transit that does not affect product quality is not considered damage

• The company’s decision shall be final and binding
